# Sherpa theme concepts v1

Open index.html to compare three original theme boards for runsherpa.ai.
Choose a theme to see its board and exact color and type samples.

Recommend Field Guide. Use Basecamp as a possible dark companion. Keep Alpine
Clarity as the bright alternative. All guides can use every theme.

- boards/: full generated concept images, inspected at 1536 × 1024.
- prompts/: saved generation prompts and reference method.
- tokens.json: exact palette targets and local font stacks.
- notes/: direction, source observations, scope, limits, and verification.

Jog is the public visual reference: https://usejog.com/ . The existing Sherpa
site, https://runsherpa.ai/ , was observed as a baseline. Neither site was edited.
The artwork uses the approved Sherpa character sheets as anchors. All earlier
artbook assets are preserved. This folder needs no build, login, or network to
view its artwork. It remains inside the self-contained artbook.

Generated font labels are not font selections. Mobile crops are not page designs.
Read notes/review-limits.md before treating a board as a final design.
