Start with the Sherpa artbook. Do not build harness functionality yet.

Work in `/Users/agent/Documents/sherpa/artbook`. Review `README.md`, the original 3D reference and cutout in `references/`, the seven character folders, `catalog.json`, and the rig source in `source/` first.

Sherpa is a family of friendly guides. They help users climb a proverbial mountain: learn, make decisions, and progress toward their goals. Their world can include rock, forests, deserts, coasts, snow, and Andean trekking routes. The future product is a personal financial agent harness for research, trading, asset management, and quant work. Crypto is one part of it. This phase is about the art and visual identity.

Keep Summit and Ridge. Develop Terra as a modern guide inspired by routes to Machu Picchu in Peru. Treat all current characters and SVGs as drafts. Use my original 3D character as a starting point. Explore the visual style. Do not assume the current flat SVG look is the final direction.

Create a visual artbook with:

- Two or three clear art directions and a recommended direction.
- A first character family centered on Summit, Ridge, and Terra. Keep Fern, Snow, Dune, and Cove as supporting studies.
- Character sheets with silhouettes, palettes, outfits, gear, expressions, and front, side, and back views.
- A shared visual world and design rules that make the characters feel related.
- Motion studies for idle, thinking, working, writing, celebration, and rest.
- Clear parts and joints that support later animation. Distinguish concept art from assets that are ready to animate.

Save artwork and notes in organized folders inside `artbook`. Preserve the starting assets. Label draft studies clearly. Keep the artbook self-contained so it can become a separate repository.

Focus on character design, visual storytelling, and consistency. Keep app screens, agent behavior, trading tools, integrations, and backend work out of this phase. Make a concrete first version that I can review. Make reasonable design choices and explain them briefly.
